When you take the Vert Discovery Quiz, we collect:
Your email address: so we can send you your result and, if you consent, occasional updates about Actrovert.
Your quiz responses: used only to calculate your Vert type result. Individual responses are not stored or shared.
Your primary and secondary Vert type result: stored alongside your email address so we can personalise any communications we send you.
When you make a purchase, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe may collect your name and email address as part of the checkout process, subject to their own privacy policy.
When you contact us by email, we retain your messages for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
We use your data to:
Send you your Vert Discovery Quiz result
Send you occasional emails about Actrovert, its content, and new developments; only if you have consented to receive them
Personalise those emails using your Vert type result
Process and fulfil your purchase if you upgrade to Silver, Gold, or Platinum
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
We use the following services to operate Actrovert:
GetResponse: email marketing platform used to send and manage email communications. Your email address and Vert type result are stored in GetResponse. Their privacy policy is available at getresponse.com.
Stripe: payment processing. All payment transactions are handled by Stripe. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Netlify: website hosting. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
We retain your email address and Vert type result for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, which will remove you from future communications. On request, we will delete your data entirely. Email support@actrovert.com to request this.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent to receive marketing emails at any time

Actrovert.com does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Standard session cookies may be used to operate the website.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
